Another Way to Grow Your Virtual Assistant Company.

As virtual assistants (Vas), we generally effort to grow our organization by getting more agreements or customers. The new method is to expand our small business by producing a multi-virtual assistant business or arranging a group of Vas to subcontract or contract out tasks to. These Vas supply services, which will complement your services instead of taking on them.

More and more virtual assistants are creating multi-virtual assistant companies, while others are subcontracting to other Vas. Typically, virtual assistants who work with multi-virtual assistant companies or work on a subcontract basis are business owners.

It is a win-win concept since an established virtual assistant (VA) can use more services without being knowledgeable in that specific area and having the support of up-and-coming Vas. However, in some cases, a virtual assistant requires a VA to help them with administrative tasks.

In an attempt to grow my virtual assistant company and expand my services, I’m using the subcontracting strategy. I just recently organized a group of 3 Vas with varying skills to subcontract jobs. My core service is word processing services, and the team services include accounting, Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) services, transcription, and site and graphic style.

Their services complement mine instead of competing with them. Now I can use their services in addition to my present offerings. Every member of the group can carry out word processing services and supply administrative help if for any factor I am missing or require support with my administrative jobs.

Think about organizing a team of virtual assistants with various abilities if you are a virtual assistant who is in the process of growing your business or increasing your list of services. As the virtual assistant industry grows, so does the level of offered skilled virtual assistants. It is an excellent deal for recognized virtual assistant companies, up-and-coming virtual assistants, and our clients.
